New Town, New Home, New You.

Incorporated in just 1978, Prescott Valley, AZ is an up and coming town that originally rose from the dust in 1966.  What started with just 1,500 residents has now grown into a booming town of over 40,000 people—inching in on nearby Prescott, which was established 150 years ago.  Averaging 273 sunny days per year, Prescott Valley has an almost perfect climate that provides residents with an almost daily dose of vitamin D and a wide range of outdoor adventures to partake in.  Prescott Valley is very much a family-oriented community, but also a perfect place to retire to.  The employment opportunities are so abundant that many have chosen to buy a home and relocate to Prescott Valley due to its strong worth ethic and solid educational system.  With plenty of things to do, career opportunities, and an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment, it’s hard to not fall in love with Prescott Valley.
